Easy 10-25 min PLAPETGTPUABSASA
First Layer Not Sticking
The first layer will not bond to the build plate, or the whole print releases during the job.
Likely causes
Dirty build plate
Wash the plate with warm water and dish soap. IPA helps between prints, but soap removes skin oils better on many PEI plates.
Nozzle height is wrong
Run bed leveling and adjust Z offset so the first layer is lightly squished but not transparent or scraped.
First layer is too fast
Slow first-layer speed to 20-30 mm/s and use a slightly wider first-layer line width for more contact area.
